LinkedPool Mail provides hosted business email on your own domain: webmail, IMAP/POP3/JMAP access, calendars, an admin portal, and related features. We operate the infrastructure; you keep ownership of your domain and your data.
You are responsible for the mailboxes you create, the passwords protecting them, and the mail sent from your domain. You must be able to receive mail at the contact address you signed up with.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that begins only when your domain's mail is live. After the trial, invoices are issued monthly per mailbox at the plan price shown at signup (plus VAT where applicable). Unpaid invoices lead to reminders, then suspension of outgoing mail; incoming mail keeps working. You can change mailbox counts at any time, prorated on the next invoice.
Sending spam, phishing, malware, or bulk unsolicited mail is prohibited and leads to immediate suspension — see the Acceptable Use Policy. New domains earn full sending capability in stages as their DNS and reputation come online.
Your mail is yours. You can export it (standard formats) or migrate away at any time. On termination we delete your domain's data after a reasonable grace period. See the Privacy Policy for what we process and why.
We target 99.9% availability, monitor the service with live probes, and take nightly backups. Internet mail is designed to tolerate outages — sending servers retry for days — but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Either side may terminate with notice at the end of a billing period. We may update these terms with reasonable notice by email; continued use after the notice period is acceptance.
